Weighted power means of q-rung orthopair fuzzy information and their applications in multiattribute decision making

Weighted power means with weights and exponents serving as their parameters are generalizations of arithmetic means. Taking into account decision makers' flexibility in decision making, each attribute value is usually expressed by a $q$-rung orthopair fuzzy value ($q$-ROFV, $q\ge 1$), where the former indicates the support for membership, the latter support against membership, and the sum of their $q$th powers is bounded by one. In this paper, we propose the weighted power means of $q$-rung orthopair fuzzy values to enrich and flourish aggregations on $q$-ROFVs. First, the $q$-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted power mean operator is presented, and its boundedness is precisely characterized in terms of the power exponent. Then, the $q$-rung orthopair fuzzy ordered weighted power mean operator is introduced, and some of its fundamental properties are investigated in detail. Finally, a novel multiattribute decision making method is explored based on developed operators under the $q$-rung orthopair fuzzy environment. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed approach, and it is shown that the power exponent is an index suggesting the degree of the optimism of decision makers.

Digital hysteresis sliding mode control for interleaved DC–DC converters

This paper presents a digital constant frequency sliding mode control (SMC) law for interleaved DC–DC converters. Constant switching frequency and interleaving are achieved by dynamically adjusting the hysteresis of the control signals generating comparators. The interleaving method neither imposes constraints on the number of required phases to obtain a specific output voltage nor uses quasi-SMC. Hence, the control scheme achieves high flexibility, robustness, and performance. Furthermore, a sliding mode observer (SMO) for reconstructing the inductor currents is proposed. Experimental results for a two-phase buck converter are reported. The control concept accomplishes an improved dynamic performance in comparison with quasi-SMC.     

计及Spark和属性权重的售电套餐推荐方法

针对电力市场用户群庞大，交易过程中售电套餐选择困难的问题，在Spark环境下设计了一种售电套餐推荐方法，同时也解决了售电套餐推荐过程中在大数据环境下的可扩展性及实时性问题。首先，计算出每个套餐属性的权重值，从而计算得到售电套餐综合相似度。然后，计及用户和套餐两方面提出一种售电套餐推荐方法，实现售电套餐的精准推荐。实验表明，提出的推荐方法能够明显提高推荐的准确度，并且在分布式环境下具有良好的推荐效率和可扩展性。     

A critical narrative approach to openness: The impact of open development on structural transformation

Openness has become an important, all‐encompassing term denoting activities facilitated by sharing, using, producing, and redistributing information and communication resources within digital information systems. We compare theoretical advancements that emphasize processes and characteristics of openness with the limitations of extant approaches that have largely focused on improvements to productivity and efficiency. Based on Foucault and Bruner's ideas, this paper contributes a new critical narrative approach to understanding openness explicitly focused on structural transformation and power. The analysis focuses on the case of open development, examining 20 key studies based primarily on developing countries. The critical narrative approach unpacked the production of power/knowledge across actors, intentions, and outcomes of openness research and practice. We find that discursive formations are reliant on technocentric and normative ideals of researchers, leading to narratives of hypothetical outcomes that exclude marginalized perspectives. We propose hermeneutic composability and contesting normative narratives of openness as analytical techniques for an integrated, mutually constitutive conception of interactions between individuals, open artefacts, and open social praxis.     

电驱液压式大截面导线压接设备自动化研究

现有的压接设备可控性差、操作复杂,导致压接质量因人而异。针对此问题,提出了基于DDVC技术的导线压接设备自动化控制方案,建立了速度控制系统数学模型,应用Simulink进行仿真,分析系统性能。建立了基于DEFORM的耐张线夹压接实验模型,获得了耐张线夹压接的最佳加载速度曲线,并以此作为压接设备速度控制系统的Simulink仿真模型输入,对压接过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明:开环控制时系统存在一定的超调,加入PID控制后可有效抑制超调;所设计的压接设备可很好地跟随最佳压接曲线,跟随误差仅为0. 904 mm·s-1。研究成果对改进压接设备、提高压接质量提供了新的解决方案。     

井下通风、排水及压缩空气设备选型设计

依据井下通风方式及瓦斯含量对井下通风设备进行了选型设计,给出了进行反风时的通风机工作特性以及通风机的电控形式;对井下排水设备和压缩空气设备进行了选型设计。井下工程实践表明,所选用的设备可满足矿井的正常生产需要。     

牺牲阳极的阴极保护法在电力系统接地体防腐中的应用

电力行业是目前国家非常重视与大力发展的行业之一。近些年来,由于接地系统接地电阻不合格引起的电力系统事故逐渐增多,并且接地电阻升高的很大一部分原因是接地体腐蚀造成的,因而人们越来重视接地体的抗腐蚀保护。简要阐述了电力系统目前预防接地体腐蚀所采取的牺牲阳极的阴极保护法,并对接地体新的改造方法提出一些建议。     

电力物联网技术标准体系研究

为指导国家电网有限公司电力物联网标准化工作,文章依据国家标准《企业标准体系表编制指南》(GB/T13017),充分梳理电力物联网标准化需求,采用综合标准化法,研究建立了电力物联网技术标准体系框架及重点标准化领域,梳理了已发布、编制中及亟需制定的各类型标准,形成统一、综合、开放的电力物联网技术标准体系。     

高性能三水醋酸钠-尿素-膨胀石墨混合相变材料的制备及其在电地暖中的应用性能

采用尿素调节三水醋酸钠的相变温度到合适范围再添加膨胀石墨来降低过冷度，研制了高性能的三水醋酸钠-尿素-膨胀石墨混合相变材料，并对其在电地暖中的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明，当尿素质量分数为36.5%、膨胀石墨添加量为4%(质量)时，所得混合相变材料的熔化焓高达209.1 J/g，熔点在31.98℃，过冷度仅为2.04℃，热导率为2.349 W/(m·K)，热可靠性良好；将用该混合相变材料制成的相变板安装在实验房的电地暖中时，实验房的热舒适度随着相变材料层厚度的增加而增加，但也带来加热时间和用电量的增加；当相变材料层厚度为10 mm时，电加热温度适宜设置在45℃；在热舒适度相当的条件下，有相变板的实验房与无相变板的参比房相比具有用电量小及电费低的优势。
